Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were bright with a big window, beautiful wood floor, tall ceilings, and simple, tasteful decor, offering a clean and updated space. The service was a bit intrusive as staff knocked on my door to check on me and even barged in when I didn't respond, reporting the room condition to the owner without my consent. However, the hotel staff, especially towards Tesla owners, were incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made us feel welcome. The location was convenient, being just a block away from the beach and within walking distance of State Street for various dining options. The dining experience felt like a cozy family breakfast but lacked variety. Overall, the hotel offered a pleasant stay with some areas needing improvement.
